Participants at the British Council, Leadership Development Seminar, had an encounter with Fela Durotoye, inspiring message, charging them to deliver the future, by finding a problem that they can profer solution to. 4 Groups emerged with 4 different problems ranging from Education , Food Distribution, Information and Communication Technology and Power Supply.

Fela infused a “can do” spirit into 50 staff of the new, re-energised Spring Bank on the 4th of February, 2009.

"Fela was on fire!" exclaimed one of the transformed bankers.

"Wow!" was the conclusion of most of the transformed SpringBank workforce.
