BECOMING INDISPENSABLE

Hi Great CEO of our generation, I once defined great success as the ability to become INDISPENSABLE i.e. when people believe cannot do without you. In my view, the opposite of 'indispensable' is not dispensable; its actually DISPOSABLE (when people have an experience of you, use you & dump you because they no longer want you, need you or like you).

My Day in Prison

Two days ago, I had the awesome privilege of speaking to the inmates of the KiriKiri Medium and Maximum prisons. I was invited to be part of a project called “Say No To Crime” organised by the Lamboghini.

I was blessed to be in the company of highly gifted individuals; such as Mike Aremu, Dekunle Fuji, Rooftop MC’s, DJ Jimmy Jatt and Sammy Okposo; just to name a few.
