Responsibility and Reliability
Hi Fela, I totally agree with your submissions this morning on taking responsibility and being reliable. Also the questions for the Business Managers to ask their teams. However, I feel one of the root cause of the problems is the inability of the Nigerian Business Owners to EMPOWER the teams like you rightly hinted in profit sharing programs. This reminds me of the Rian Maker's Song...YOU DONT EXPECT TO GROW CASSAVA TO REAP UP COCOYAM. I looked for you on LinkedIn (www.linkedin.com) but i could not find you there. I'd love to have you in my network.

Amazed
Prior to the time i got to know FD,i was already planning a career for myself and by the time i got to know him i was amazed because he was exactly what i was planning.I had to ask God,why is there so much similarity. But i starded understanding somethings in that aspect.Since i have been listening to FD from different seminars, forums i have greatly been blessed through him.I believe the connection i have with him is divine.FD what i need from you the most are your words(esp advice).Thank you very much

I am always challenged.
My Mentor, there is no day I visit your web page that i don't get inspired. Much more, I get challenged to see a new Nigeria of my dream, the future we desire, I can deliver, I must deliver and I will deliver, I see new strength and courage to forge ahead. Sir, we believe in you and all I need say is keep up the work, be an extra-miller, stand up, gear up, stir up, sit up, hold up and much more don't give up.

An optimist's mind
Sir, You don't need ten keys to open a door, just the right one. you don't need to know about everybody, just the right person and that's what you are to me and to many Nigerians who are optimistic about the development of our country. More power to your elbow. Daily motivation that will change the way we think and act is what we actually need in our country.I see a better Nigeria before 2025.
